Dress comfortably in casual, loose fitting clothes.
If you have an upper body/extremity injury, bring a T-shirt.
If you have a lower back/leg injury, bring a pair of shorts.
Bring any doctors notes, related tests or X-Rays that relate to your condition.
Unfortunately OHIP does not cover our services as they are considered private, and payment is the responsibility of the patient.
Our services may be covered by auto insurance, group insurance, WSIB or private insurance. Please check your plan or your benefits administrator to see if you quality.
If you are not insured, you should expect to pay for your visit by cash, debit, VISA, Mastercard or cheque. Accounts should be up to date before new or repeat visits.
No, a Doctor’s referral is not required for any of our services; however, if you have employee benefits your insurance plan may require a referral to cover the cost of the visit. Check your employee benefit handbook or with your benefit administrator for details.
